Return Eligibility:

Your happiness is paramount to us. If, for any reason, you find yourself unsatisfied with your purchase, we accept returns of unused, unopened items in their original condition.

Please initiate returns within 7 days from the date of purchase.

Excluding combs all other products are eligible for return if they are unopen they can return

In the case of an exchange, your replacement item will be dispatched with the same care and speed we put into sending your initial order.

Shipping Costs:

While we appreciate your understanding, please note that customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to an error on our part or a defective product.

Damaged or Defective Items:

If, by any chance, you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us immediately. Valid proof must be provided at the time of opening (video required). If the package is found damaged before opening, it may be returned without video proof.
